Rental Process (Without Optional Rent To Own)

1. To schedule a showing of the property complete the Showing and Prescreening Request. Here

2. Once your prescreen is approved we can show you the home.

3. Tell us if you are interested in the Optional Rent To Own which requires a significant down payment but does NOT require good credit. Normal rental without Optional Rent To Own requires excellent credit

4. If you like the home and want to proceed send us the full name including middle name and email address of each occupant over the age of 18. We will send each applicant a link from Transunion / myrental.com to complete an online application, credit and background check which they charge $34.95 per applicant.

5. Once your credit and background check form has been completed by you an Add On Rental Application for each person over the age of 18 that will be living in house and a Pet Application (if applicable) is required. We may also ask for additional information including additional documentation. The Add On Application is required because of missing info from My Rental. Download the applications here http://www.adamsson.com/faq.html .Complete the application(s) and take a picture of each page and text the picture to the phone number you have been using to communicate with property manager.

6. Once we receive everything back, the credit check, backgound check, Add On Rental Application, proof of income, move in date and Pet Application(if applicable) a full approval process takes at least a couple days. It is possible we may ask for a cosigner, additional deposit or rent upon approval.

7. Once your approved you have the option to put a deposit down to hold the home or wait. The day before the move in date you will need all the rent and deposit money to sign the lease.
